- Consent controls for cameos: You recorded yourself once in the app to verify your identity, chose who could use your cameo, and could revoke access or remove any video that included it at any time.

Is Sora still available?
No. OpenAI discontinued the Sora app and sora.com on April 26, 2026, and sora.com now shows a page saying Sora is no longer available, with an option to export your data. The Sora 2 models and the Videos API have a shutdown date of September 24, 2026, and OpenAI lists no replacement.
Can I use Sora 2 on Bolly?
No. Bolly doesn't offer Sora 2 or Sora 2 Pro. It runs 14 video models from other developers on one credit balance, including Veo 3.1 and Seedance 2.5 on the Plus plan and Kling 3 from Starter, and it shows the exact credit price before every run.
Can Bolly do Sora cameos?
Not in the same way. Sora's cameos, which OpenAI's Sora 2 page now calls characters, inserted a verified likeness of you into newly generated Sora scenes, and they ended with the app. Bolly's Mix works the other way around: you upload a photo and Bolly swaps that person into an existing meme template or TikTok clip, keeping the moves and scene. You can only use a real person's face with their consent.
What happens to my Sora videos and credits?
OpenAI lets you export your Sora content from sora.chatgpt.com/sunset and says it will permanently delete Sora data after any final export window. It also says purchased ChatGPT/Sora credits can still be used for Codex. For refunds, OpenAI points to its ChatGPT subscription refund process.
