Every generation has a credit price that you see in the composer before you hit generate — it depends on the model, the number of images, the clip length and the resolution. Credits are reserved when a run starts and refunded automatically if it fails or the model refuses the prompt.
Plan credits refill at the start of each billing month and unused ones don't roll over. Free daily credits reset every day at midnight UTC. Top-up credits never expire while your plan is active.
On any paid plan you can buy a one-time top-up from this page. Top-ups are spent after your monthly credits run out.
Free accounts can run image, audio and tool models with their 10 daily credits. Video, 3D and lipsync models need Starter or higher; Seedance 2.5, Veo 3.1, Kling O3 and Flux 3 need Plus or higher.
Yes. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel — there's a Cancel subscription button on your Account page, or use the billing portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
If Bolly isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund, as long as you've used fewer than 10% of your credits.
