This car jump AI video template is one shot in a golden-hour desert. A person in a cream satin suit and black sunglasses sits cross-legged in a camp chair, raises a hand and snaps. A black SUV launches off the dune behind them, hangs in the air in slow motion, lands and pulls up beside the chair. They never flinch. Your photo replaces the person in the chair.

What is the car jump trend?

A seated person snaps their fingers and a car flies up the slope behind them, as if on command. AI versions went round Instagram in December 2025 as "car entry" videos, and the trend came back at the end of September 2026, when searches for "car jump AI video" took off.

Warning: A visual effect, not a stunt to copy

Never try this with a real car. In December 2025 Chinese news reported off-roaders filming the shot for real and warned people not to imitate it: several had been hit.

How to make the car jump AI video

  1. Upload your photo

One sharp photo of yourself, full length if you have one: a JPG, PNG or phone photo up to 30 MB. There is one person to replace, so one slot.

  2. Press Swap me in

Sign in if asked. Mix comes with every paid plan, and this 11-second template is 56 credits a run.

  3. Pick it up in your Library

The video lands in your Library, usually within 5 to 10 minutes. You can close the tab while it runs.

  4. Label it and post

Play it with the sound on, then mark it as AI-generated when you share it.

Looking for the car jump prompt?

Car jump tutorials hand you a prompt to paste into a video model. One from September 2026 also gives you a reference clip, asks the model to copy its camera movement, framing, expressions and body movement and to keep the face, hair and clothes from your photo, and leaves the music for you to add later.

Here that work is done: the clip is loaded, Bolly writes the instruction for the model, and the soundtrack stays on. You bring one photo.

What you get

Mix swaps you into this exact clip: same stunt, same car, same sound. It doesn't generate a new car, location or stunt.

  • 11 seconds, vertical, with sound. Kling O3 keeps the clip's own soundtrack: quiet at first, then the beat drops on the snap.
  • Your look, snap included. Face, hair, skin tone, build and clothing come from your photo, and you do the hand raise and the snap.

We tested it

We ran this template on October 4, 2026 with a full-length photo of a man in a red hoodie and jeans. He replaced the person in the chair for the whole clip, finger snap included. Face, hair, hoodie and jeans came from the photo, and the sunglasses were gone. The car, the dust, the camera move and the framing were unchanged, and the sound stayed on. That run took about six minutes.

Photo tips for this clip

  • Go full length, facing the camera. The whole person is in the shot, legs crossed in the chair, so a sharp head-to-toe photo in even light gives the model your build and outfit.
  • Your outfit replaces the suit. Mix takes clothing from your photo. Wear what you want to be seen in when the car lands.
  • Expect a small face at first. For nine seconds the face is about a tenth of the frame's width, so hair, build and clothes carry the likeness until the car pulls up.

What it costs

One run is 56 credits. Starter is $19 a month with 300 credits, which covers five runs of this template. Plus covers 21. Compare plans.

Whose face you can use

Your own, or someone who has clearly agreed to be in this video. Never upload a photo of anyone under 18. Keep your remix personal and non-commercial, and label it as AI-generated when you post. The rules are in the Responsible AI policy.
