What a football edit is on Bolly

A football edit is a short clip of a player cut to a song. On Bolly the edit already exists as a template. You add one photo, and Mix, Bolly's character swap, recreates the clip with you as the player. The camera, the moves, the field and the sound stay. Your face, hair, build and clothes come from the photo.

There are 28 football templates on this page: 14 from the Soccer row on the home page and 14 from the NFL row. 17 of them swap one player, and 11 have two people you can replace.

Soccer edits

Football as most of the world knows it. The Soccer row holds 14 templates, and 8 of them work with the free first video.

NFL and American football edits

The NFL row holds 14 templates, 9 of them open to the free first video. American Football Entrance is a player in a blue 81 jersey walking down a red-lit tunnel. Jameson Williams TD Celebration, The Way The Rock Opened Up SBLVI, Bad Bunny Super Bowl, Love In The Dark and Cute Emoji Song are one-person clips too.

Several NFL edits put an animated character on the field next to the players. My Dress Up NFL, Flipping Out Dallas, What a Hit From Jordan and NFL Super Bowl Reel are two-person templates, so you can take the character's spot, the player's, or both.

How to make a football edit with your face

  1. Pick an edit

Open a template above. The preview plays the clip with its sound, so you know the moment you're stepping into.

  2. Add your photo

One clear photo, facing the camera. A full-length shot in the shirt you want to wear helps, since your clothes come from the photo.

  3. Press Remix

A paid run takes 2 to 4 minutes on Kling 4.0; the free first video takes 1 to 3 minutes on Viggle. You can leave the page while it renders.

  4. Download and post

The edit lands in your Library with the clip's sound, ready for TikTok, Reels or Shorts.

Your first football edit can be free

Every account gets one free Mix video, and 17 of the 28 football templates here work with it: the one-person clips with a "Free first video" badge on the card.

  • When: it opens 24 hours after you sign up with Google, and Bolly emails you when it does.
  • How: it's made on Viggle from one photo, usually in 1 to 3 minutes.
  • What it uses: 5 of the 10 credits the Free plan refills every day.
  • What you get: the whole clip with a moving Bolly watermark and a short end card. On a paid plan, the same video downloads clean.

What a football edit costs after that

Paid runs use Kling 4.0 and are priced by the length of the clip. A full 15-second edit is 113 credits and a short loop is 46. Starter is $19 a month with 300 credits, which covers two full edits or six loops a month; Plus is $59 a month with 1,200 credits. See plans.

Edits with two people in them

11 templates here have two people Mix can replace. Pick one or both under Who do you want to replace? and add a photo for each, up to two. Two-person templates come with the paid plans, and both seats cost the same as one. More pairs: two-person templates.

Photo tips for a football edit

  • Wear the shirt. Your clothes come from the photo. A photo in a kit, or in whatever you want on the pitch, puts it in the edit.
  • Show your build. Many of these clips are wide shots of a body in motion, so a full-length photo gives Mix more than a tight selfie does.
  • Expect small faces. When the camera is far away, hair, build and clothes carry the likeness more than your features do.

Real players, your edit

Many of these clips show well-known players. The swap puts you in the player's place, never a player's face on someone else, and never a clip meant to pass as real footage of a real person. Use your own photo, or one from someone who has agreed, and never anyone under 18. Label the video as AI-made when you post it, and keep remixes personal and non-commercial. Full rules: Responsible AI policy.

Have a different edit in mind?

Paste a public TikTok or Instagram Reel link into character swap. Mix uses the first 15 seconds of the clip as the template and swaps one person, and your free first video works on a link too. Edits from other sports, anime and movies are on the AI video edits page.

Frequently asked questions

Is the football edit maker free?

Your first video is free. It opens 24 hours after you sign up, works on 17 of the 28 football templates here, is made on Viggle and carries a watermark. After that, edits run on Kling 4.0 with a paid plan, from Starter at $19 a month with 300 credits.

Is this soccer or American football?

Both. The Soccer row brings 14 templates and the NFL row 14. They sit together in the grid above, Soccer first.

Do I need my own footage?

No. Each template is already a finished edit. You add one photo, and Mix recreates the clip with you as the player.

Can a friend and I both be in one edit?

Yes, on the 11 two-person templates here, with a paid plan. Add a photo for each of you, up to two, or fill one seat and keep the other person as filmed.

Does the edit keep its song?

Yes. Mix puts the template's own audio back on your video.

How long is a football edit?

As long as the template clip, up to 15 seconds. Very short clips are repeated so they play well on their own.

Can I put a player's face on my friend?

No. Templates are for putting yourself, or someone who has agreed, into the clip, not for putting a real person's face on someone else or making a clip that could pass as real footage of them.
